The end of my labor was scary also, but I too avoided a c-section, thanks to my doctor and his help with delivery. Enjoy this time. It slips by at warp speed. You may find this coming year to be the longest/fastest ever! ;)

I just read your last post and wanted to tell you to really enjoy and take your time with your new baby. That's so important. I couldn't leave a message there though, so I went back a post and then I saw your little daughter is born on october 12th, the same date as my grandmother's birthday who turned 94 last week; still living in her own home, a very creative woman also.
