I'm starting my week by developing a plan for better project and time management. I'm working on fine art, embroidery, illustrations, (etc) and I start a new job Thursday. I also hope to start graduate school in January--so I figure there's no better time than the present to 'get my life together.' I've plopped tasks into my iCal and I plan to stick to the deadlines i've created for myself. Already i've added some clarity into my creative life.

It's so nice that you're doing this giveaway Alisa. And I'm amazed that you can muster time for work with a newborn in the house. I started my week by getting up earlier than normal and claiming an hour in daylight to decide on a color palette for my next quilt and pull a selection fabrics before I had to settle into my day job. It was definitely a nice start to the week.

I started my week with a mug of fresh coffee while enjoying my sacred 15 minutes of peace and relaxation before the day begins. Instead of my usual blog and pinterest fix I picked up my sketchbook and carried on with adding colour to some leaf sketches. I'm taking your sketchbook delight class and trying to find my muse.... not there yet, but I'm sure I'll find something that clicks!! I'm loving your course and will definitely be signing up for the next one.

May I be so bold as to ask ... Is there a particular order to the classes (I don't want tours anything out) and are there any printables for reference when sketching away from the computer?

Thank you for this opportunity!

Hello, Alisa. I want to tell you how wonderfully inspiring your blog is, how beautiful your journalling is, and what a lovely person you are. It is one of the highlights of my day to open my email and see updates to your site. My week has started off by designing games for our annual Halloween party this weekend. Hope you have a great week...and a restful one.

I would like to tell you how wonderful your blog is: so very inspiring, beautiful, creative and colorful. Seeing what new, wonderful designs, photos and journal entries you have posted to your site is one the things I look forward to most when I open my email account. Gives me a great start to my day. Thank you!

This week is starting off with me designing a few games and decorations for our annual family/friends halloween party and bonfire. Very fun. I wanted to paint one of my pumpkins with leaves, and punch pinholes around the shapes for the light to shine through. Thanks for the awesome idea! Hope you have a great (and restful) week :)
