Fridays here on the blog are typically dedicated to all things fashion and for my last giveaway of the week I've got a super unique watch to share! I am really picky about the brands and things that I promote here on my blog (I tend to turn down a lot of requests). But when Jord contacted me to see if they could send me one of their wood watches for review, I didn't have to think about it- I mean I'm a nature girl who wears wood jewelry!
Jord watches are beautiful and unique. They are designed to take people back to nature and are handcrafted from wood. I love this watch SO much because it a fabulous alternative to all those trendy gold watches!

Scarves are so fun, and I could fill a couple drawers with scarves alone. I also like statement, funky rings and funky or classic nail polish to mix and match.

for the spring i chose ring and necklace
for the summer, hat and sunglasses
for the fall: light scarf and necktie/neck-bows
for the winter: woolen scarf and earmuffs
*and daily life accessories: belt and watch

I could never have too many earrings or scarves. I especially love to collect unique accessories wherever I travel. Most of my jewelry is from all over the world and comes with a memorable story...like the time I had just bought some beaded earrings in a market in Swaziland and then a freak storm hit and I was trapped for hours. There was so much lightning, hail, flooding, and big trucks being washed off the road that I seriously thought I might die! I wear those earrings all the time now and am thankful for my life and for adventures.

I always try to pick up a piece of jewellery when I am on holiday. When I wear it when I am home I am reminded of happy memories from my trip. My current favourite are a pair of jade earrings from New Zealand. I love the texture of the jade. Happy Birthday!
My favorite accessory is a vintage red enamel flower pin. I wear it on anything I possibly can. It makes me happy and I get a lot of compliments on it (which, let's be honest, also makes me happy).

I would have to pick earrings as my favorite accessories. I wear my hair short, so my earrings are always visible, so I can't leave them naked. I love those wood watches! Reminds me of my father who liked to make things from wood and restore things made from wood.
oooh, tough question as I love my big chunky rings, but I'm always wearing a pair of hoop earrings, having several pairs, big to small, they are my go to fashion accessory.

That watch is really pretty! i don't wear a lot of bracelets because I don't like things weighing down my wrists. I'm a definite hand talker and I am always getting them caught on things. My favorite accessory is a necklace that is custom made with our wedding date and my husband's name on one side, our son's on the other and mine on the last side. It keeps my family close to my heart all the time both literally and figuratively!
