flower power online class giveaway!

My next online class Flower Power starts at the end of this month and today I am giving away 10 free spots!

Leave me a comment and tell me your favorite flower!
I'll draw 10 names and announce the winners over the weekend.

class goes live May 23rd
$30.00

I'm obsessed with flowers, they are colorful, beautiful, full of details and are the perfect inspiration for any creative medium. I love flowers so much that I decided to dedicate an entire class to flowers! From finding inspiration to drawing to doodling to painting, (even a little bit of crafting) Flower Power is a fun little class that will focus on using flowers and all things floral as your subject matter.

Flower Power is a "mini class". It is structured into 3 large lessons.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT SUPPLIES: This class like all of my classes, does NOT have a required supply list. Instead I will be sharing the supplies that I like to use and then give you a variety of options and inspiration to use supplies that work best for your process and your budget.

The spring has finally arrived here in south west Sweden and I get to enjoy all types of flowers at the moment. I adore your flowers Alisa, I would love to learn from you. My favorite flowers are forget-me-not! They are so small and fragile but when the garden is full of them its like a soft blue cloud is floating just above ground. Love it!

For example: cabbage roses, peonies, parrot tulips, hollyhocks. Like your flowers, they are similar in construction but unique and individual at the same time.

This would be my third class with you and I am learning so much, I will take this class whether I win or not.

I adore all flowers but my favorite flower is the violet. I have wonderful memories from my childhood, when we would visit my auntie who had a weeping willow tree with a circular garden filled with violets in it. I remember spending lost of time picking all these fragrant violets and making them into a big beautiful posy. Would just LOVe to win this class, it looks amazing and just what I need right now. From Di in New Zealand.

Lilly said...

Oh wow! This course will be amazing!

I'm actually amnosmic which means I can't smell (from birth) but I'm all about flowers, it's the visual impact... huge swathes of colour and texture. I love billowy, blousey flowers - daisies and cosmos... or peonies which look like upside down ladies dresses.

If I had to pick one flower it would be the chrysanthemum - I always have a big bunch in the house and smaller vases on my desks at home and at work and they look fabulous in the garden :)
