Photography is a HUGE part of my life: it the way that I find and document inspiration, it is the way that I capture memories, it how I share inspiration and it the #1 way that I have built my creative business.
Over the years, photography has completely changed my creative routine. I don't go anywhere without some kind of camera because I know there will always be something that catches my eye and NEEDS to be captured. I keep thousands of photos on hand to use when I am looking for inspiration with color, shapes, texture, pattern and more!

I take photos of everything. Family, nature, travel, my art, food, still life. I enjoy taking picturea of such a wide variety of things. Thabks for the chance.
I also take my camera everywhere I go! I love to photograph beauty in nature as well as man made beauty. Now that I do watercolor I find myself editing as I take the photo in preparation for painting.

My favorite thing to shoot is my oh so sweet 6 year old grandson!
i always have my camera with me in my bag...and I try to photoshoot everything that I see...family is my first priority but again I adore to photoshoot flowers and clouds and the sunrises!!!

I love taking pictures of my kids and my dogs in action. I much prefer candid pics over posed pictures. I really try to sneak and snap the camera when no one is aware! One of my favorites is when my two little girls were putting rain boots on our boxer. Scenes like that are some of the joys of our home life that I want to document.

I take pictures of my little grandson. I adore him. I also take pictures of my cats. Yes I'm that crazy cat lady!
I too take a bazillion photos. Whether I am traveling with my husband, being with the folks I love, hanging out in our garden, taking a walk etc etc I always have some sort of image taking device with me. I have spent nearly two years choosing one photo from the previous day and posting it on a photo calendar. I call this my "morning project". What a fab and quick way to visually see what my life looks like as I am going along.

I love taking pictures of my family and friends (my favorite is when the natural light is coming in perfectly through a window!) as well as nature! I live in CO, and everyday I walk outside and see things that catch my attention. Most of the time, I can't help but stop and snap a picture!
Our family, grandsons, and favorite family vacation spots! Beautiful scenes in nature (flowers, mountains, lakes,etc.) The places where our family has together made special memories!
