This is a fabulous set of pics. . . the four generations of women, the mother-daughter shoes, the natural beauty and texture of the landscape. You are blessed.
Beautiful pictures. Love especially the last one, because this wooden table and the view into nature is exactly what I'm dreaming of for so long. Wish you a good start in your new home!
When I was looking at your photos I thought - how lucky for Lucy that she gets to have a Pacific NW childhood. I grew up in Victoria, BC and I can say unequivocally that PNW is the best place to grow up!
Dear Alisa, I've been following your blog for two to three years now and i've got to say that your last few posts make me curious and excited to see your next steps. I wish you all the best for this new chapter in your (and Lucy's and your husband's) life!
Thanks so much for sharing and spreading the joy (and some pitfalls)!
Glad that you are settled into your new home in Oregon. There is nothing like being with family, having that connection, love and comfort. Great picture of the four generations. Peace and blessings to you, Alissa!
There is nothing like being closer to family. So glad you had safe travels, it's not easy moving and I remember how hard it was to move with a baby under one. You look happy and settled in. I look forward to reading your future posts and can't wait until you post some pics of your new studio. Have fun being home and close to family.
Love them all! (And I have to say that I'm more than a little jealous that you get to live on the Oregon coast. It's one of my favorite places in the world.)
I am so happy for all of you! Just looking at the pictures I can feel all of the love. The 4 generation picture is my favorite, it is priceless. Lucy has beauty all around her. ;D) There's no place like home...
Jealous, but happy for you.Everything looks great and I'm sure you're happy to be with friends and family. Plus I want that table in the last pic. Did someone make it for you?
beautiful pictures as always. welcome to oregon! we're in pdx but try to visit the coast often. especially in the summer but i really do love it year round.
It all looks lovely, I'd love to swap houses with you!;) Hope you're all settling in and it hasn't been too stressful, I admire how well you get everything done! Enjoy x
After such a long and arduous journey, it must feel great settling in to your new home and exploring your neighborhood. Thanks for sharing all of it with you. Happy to see you all doing so well!
Wow! The new home and area is gorgeous! I just spent a week in Oregon, traveling back down the coast (I'm from the San Francisco Bay Area). I fell in love with the area. My best to you and the family as you get settled.

Is it COLD there? We are in the middle of a heat wave in Virginia... your new place looks awesome Alisa!
Beautiful! Such wonderful photos. I'm jealous of all the warm clothes you are wearing because it must mean it is much cooler than it is here.
I love the pictures of your daughter observing the leaf and the bark of the tree. So intently. She's going to looove growing up there.
Gorgeous. Welcome to your new home!!
