I couldn't resist sharing more pics from my trip to the marina over the weekend. You see, I have this thing for boats- the names, the sizes, the shapes, the colors. I have been to just about every marina in San Diego to take photos, day dream and just soak in the vibes. Yep...I love boats.

Love these photos! So many different colors and textures!
Awesome pictures Alisa! Especially like the Addiction picture and the one above Ocean Joy..how did you do those?
Pictures #12 and #15 are an inspioration-I'm addicted to the ocean, and all things related to salt water-your #15 photo beautifully illustrates what the salty sea does to anything put in or near it, but I think it's wonderful-exquisite colour-you are good at this!
I have been fishing on a couple of those boats! And my hubby used to work on the Relentless. I love looking at the boats down there, too. Small world!
They do have great textures for inspiration on them don't they and the names and numbers--very journalish or like graffitti.
Thanks for sharing!!! I miss visiting marinas and watching the gentle rocking of the boats. These pictures make me want to drive the 45 minutes to see some boats for myself.
I love boats and being on the water. These photos are lovely
I love the pictures. Some shows just how many years did these boats endures.
I was raised on a houseboat when very young. The lure of water never left me. We recently moved from a home overlooking the Cheseapeake Bay. Your beautiful photos made me homesick. My favorite motif to paint are boats. Your photos are inspirational. Thank you
I love the photos, the vibrant colors and numbers; so much inspiration! And it reminds me of being HOME! I grew up near the bay and my heart loves the lure, the ebb n' flow, the salty kisses where sea meets land and the treasures that arrive, daily~
The names just make your heart smile~
