exploring we will go

We spend a lot of time walking the beaches and hiking the trails of the northern Oregon Coast and one our favorite areas is the stretch between Manzanita and Tillamook. There are tons of really amazing places to pull off the highway and explore. 

We like to stop in Manzanita for a walk on the beach and a cup of coffee at Manzanita News and Espresso. Then we head to Tillamook where we always have to stop at Blue Heron French Cheese Company and farm for THE YUMMIEST brie and bread. Next we head west about 12 miles to Cape Lookout State Park for the most beautiful beaches and hiking. A total of about 60 miles each way, it is the perfect little day trip with lots of adventure!
