falling in love over and over again

IMG_8126
My latest online class Ode to Nature starts today and I have been blissed out by nature for the last month! Since returning to Oregon I feel like the lights have been turned on, the details, the color, the weather, and my surroundings challenge, inspire and never ceases to amaze me. I find myself falling in love with nature over and over again!

I see the language of the spider is the same the world over: that of runelore... writing their messages of warning and wisdom to those that can read them ;)

If you don't live in heaven then it's pretty close to it.

Wow. It is so beautiful there! But it is true, you can get blissed out by nature anywhere if you just pay attention. We have an organic farm and I am especially moved by the flowers and bees. You make me want to visit Oregon though.

i feel the same way....exactly. my heart will always be in cannon beach. it's cathartic for our family. each year we go there for a week in remembrance of our son, who died just shy of his 12th birthday. we've done it for nearly 22 years. i love that you caught the pelican dancing across the sky. last year we were blissfully caught in their migration. congregations of them swept and sang over us, nearly low enough to reach. i have a stand of castoff feathers on my desk. i'm so glad you're back home. i think the area is more beautiful because you returned.

Beautiful photos! I especially love the deer photos with all the beautiful texture and color that fills the frame. What a blessing to be able to capture that in person!
