Thanks for the lovely pics which are full of inspiration. Your painted floor is beautiful (just like the rest of your house). Such a beautiful colourful home for a new baby. I also want to say a big thank you for the watercolour workshop. I have only just finished the classes as I had been away. I found all the classes were so helpful with really clear instructions and I feel like I am now more confident to explore watercolour. Even my DH had to comment on how much I improved over the weeks. Thanks so much,
Sandra

Beautiful photos, Alisa: so graceful and serene :)

I've been wanting to know how to make those nifty little colour swatches other than picking colours out by hand. You might find this tool useful also:

Isn't it amazing how if you pay attention to all the color around you it can become such an inspiration for your work. I'm weaving a shawl right now influenced by the colors of Morrocco.

Hi Alisa
I feel like I've been missing in action during the past few weeks. I have been busy setting up my own website (www.janelleyeomans.com) amongst other things, and have missed visiting your blog!

As usual, I love all of your artwork and photos, especially the photos of the jellyfish... they are gorgeous! They remind me of my childhood, but I don't think I have seen any so beautiful!
