Do you know what the shoe tree is? If you buy one pair of custom Canvas Sneakers, and you do not want to wear them because of the cold weather. Then you need the shoe trees to maintain the original shoe shape and help creases and cracking, and absorb moisture from the lining of the shoes. In category, the shoe trees can be available in plastic and wood. The former benefits from that they are less expensive, and they are lightweight, making them good for travel. However, the latter are more expensive. Canvas sneakers have several advantages over plastic. They tend to last longer; add a clean cedar scent to footwear; and work better at keeping the natural shape.
Hey Alisa, This is so beautifully decorated wall. Loved each and every piece on the wall. The poster makes a great statement. And are those the little portraits of you and Andy (with guitar) ? Simply amazing. Loved Lucy's expression in second picture! :)
Hello Alisa,
Just want to say how much I love your blog postings, so inspirational! I need to do some sprucing up since all the holiday decorations are away, looks bare in my house. Little Lucy is beyond adorable.

Hi Alisa,
Just love this!
Could you please tell us where you located the "wooden hangers" for Great is Thy Faithfulness and Work like a Captain?
Thank you!
Such great and unique style! I'm so inspired by your eclectic and personal design choices.
So well said and after moving into our new abode, something I needed to hear today. "....needs to lift you emotionally and spiritually..." especially as I begin to place items on my new walls!! Of course with that adorable little "peanut" ....nothing could be more joyous!! I bet she is a real helper!! Love your blog and look forward to it daily!!
Gorgeous - making a house a home - always a positive!
I love your style. Thank you for sharing a bit of inspiration and home with us!
well done you. very artful and eclectic!
Lovethis! Xo
You have the most wonderful taste and ability to make seemingly random things just work together. I'm jealous as always (in a good way!)... I do have one question though: as a mum to a young (and i'm sure inquisitive) child, how do you keep your beautiful displays to stay where they are??!! I find it really hard to make our house a 'home' when little hand just want to mess up anything i try to do. It seems easier to just pack it all away for sanity's sake- any hints or tips?
Lucy is just toooooo cute! The photo of you prego is one of my favorites. I don't think there is anything more beautiful than a pregnant woman. And you are stunning...pregnant and not.
lovely
Work like a captain... wise words! ;)
I adore how it all comes together so beautifully!
Beautiful, Alisa! I'm cleaning out my studio. I have some loot for you. (don't worry, nothing scary or big)! Next time I come through town I'll leave it on your studio porch if you're not there. :)
Hugs,
Sheila
