Leave me a comment and tell me your favorite flower!
I'll draw 10 names and announce the winners over the weekend.
class goes live May 23rd
$30.00
I'm obsessed with flowers, they are colorful, beautiful, full of details and are the perfect inspiration for any creative medium. I love flowers so much that I decided to dedicate an entire class to flowers! From finding inspiration to drawing to doodling to painting, (even a little bit of crafting) Flower Power is a fun little class that will focus on using flowers and all things floral as your subject matter.
Flower Power is a "mini class". It is structured into 3 large lessons.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT SUPPLIES: This class like all of my classes, does NOT have a required supply list. Instead I will be sharing the supplies that I like to use and then give you a variety of options and inspiration to use supplies that work best for your process and your budget.

I do love gerber daisies, but I believe peonies are my favorite! You are always so generous to offer a chance to win classes, thank you!
I think tulips... but it's so hard. My initial list was very, very long. LOL
Isn't it marvelous how none of us can decide on just one.
Thank you so much for the chance to win.
Warmly,
Nicole

Love in the mist x
Daisys are my favorite flower
I'm obsessed with flowers so I got all excited hearing about your flower e-course! Right now the wildflowers are blooming here on the central coast of California so I think my favorite at the moment is the poppy. Its beautiful bright orange color radiates sunshine and spring =-)

Anemones - I like their complexity!
I love poppies! I wish I could draw them like you do!
Poppies are my favourites!
Your flowers are so gorgeous, Alisa! This class sounds awesome too! I'm a huge fan of lilacs because of their beautiful scent, but they just don't last long enough around here. My other favorite would have to be gerbera daisies. Love love love them!
Gorgeous flowers that you've made here. :) My favorite is probably the gardenia. I love the bright white, waxy petals and, of course, the intoxicating scent. But, I also do love moon flowers which trail along the walls and only open at night. My great-grandmother, Mama Ivy, used to have them. So not only do I love their shy ways but they remind me of my very special and much beloved Grandma.
Favorite?? How is that possible?? It would be like picking a favorite child! I love them all, each for their own personality. Sweet peas, peonies, paperwhites, delphinium, bachelor's buttons, butterfly bush - these are a few of my favorite things!
oooohhh.....crysanthemum and ranunculus just one is impossible. I love flowers. Thank you!

Hi Alisa. Been following your blog and instagram. Very inspiring and uplifting. Would like a chance to learn more from you :)
My favorite flower is actually the trillium, a wildflower that starts showing up this time of year in western NY. Its simple and white, but it just symbolizes spring and new beginnings!
a gorgeous, magnificent, hugely incandescently God-bloomed-out ~ bright pink PEONY!
Oh my favourite flower is purple hydragea
Calla Lily because it has a simple, quiet elegance and looks most beautiful as a single flower, yet it commands your attention and can be just as powerful in a bouquet. I love the number of colors and variations--Reminds me of humanity.
My favorite flowers are Tulips and Poppies :)
Oh great, you made a new online class. Each one I did was just awesome and fun. I definitely am going to do this one too, no matter I will win one of the free spots or not.

Awesome! Would love to join you for this class, spring is my favourite season, and I am trying to get as much of it inside our home as possible so this class would be perfect. Thanks for the chance to win! Best wishes, Nancy
This is a crazy hard question. I have these amazing tiny little irises in my front yard that I transplanted at an inopportune time, yet they survived and are just gorgeous. I adore the flowers on the red bud tree we planted in honor of my stillborn daughter. We have a rare, occasional, volunteer poppy that shows up some years. SO HARD TO CHOOSE A FAVORITE!
I love tulips! We planted some early spring and got to see them come up last month. Have a great day!
Daffodils - they're so pretty and bright!
My favourite flower changes with the seasons but right now the lilacs are just starting to open up! On May 1st my favourite flower is lilac!
Hello and thank you so much for the chance to win a spot in your class! My favorite flower is the gardenia! Love!!
I would love to win, your classes are wonderful for getting me back to my sketchbook. My absolute favorite flower would definitely be big puffy, colorful hydrangeas! Thanks Alisa!
It's hard to pick just one but I will say yellow roses. Growing up in England we had a yellow rose bush in our garden. My Mum could make it bloom in winter. I chose yellow roses for my wedding bouquet.
Yellow tulips :)
Orchids! Thanks for the chance, I love your classes!
My absolute favorite flower is the peony. Love them, they are so pretty.
I love daisies! What a great give away! Thank you.
Bluebells are definitely my favourite at the moment, I travel past an ancient wood every day and at this time of the year the woodland floor is a carpet of blue flowers - beautiful!
I'd love to take part in one of your classes. Lily of the Valley is my favorite flower.
Oh, I would love this! Flowers inspire me to paint and would love to see your creative process. My all time favorite flowers are peonies :)
I have three favorites. I love lilacs for their smell, carnations because those were my wedding flowers, and gerber daisies because they are bright and cheerful. Okay, I just like flowers in general. :-)
Green peony

I am definitely a flower junky---but I always come back to the poppy--so many beautiful ones that exist in the world.

Great idea for a class. -- I love the Cala Lily. So delicate and simple and beautiful.
What a fantastic opportunity! To name only one flower is so difficult - I love them all! I will go with the rose, the old fashioned kind with big blooms and intense fragrance. Lush and gorgeous! I can just imagine that smell right now . . . takes me back in time, for real. I would so love to take one of your classes!!!!
Lily of the valley. They are so beautiful to me!
I recently had a healing session. My healer said at one point, I let go of past trauma and it turned into a tiny seed that dropped to the ground at my feet.
It grew into a giant poppy.
Poppys + sunflowers are my favorite, because they are so fun, vibrant, and so easy to love.
I really like flowers but my all time favorite is daisies. I even had daisies for my wedding (in the middle of winter).
Daylily - I have 100 or more growing in my garden.
My favorite color is purple ... really anything in the purple range but especially royal purple , that blue, purple color mix is just oh so beautiful....
Wysteria. They are absolutely gorgeous, and their fragrance is intoxicating. <3
Lisianthus--that deep purple is just so irresistible.
As many others I love a lot of different flowers, but my absolute favorite is Camellia's. They are just stunning. I get weak at the knees ;-). A close runner up is Magnolia. I live in Sweden where there is spring now and the Magnolias have just been (or some still are) in flower. They are a bit rare here 'cause the winters are a bit too cold. I know where all the Magnolias in my neighborhood are and, well, I get weak at the knees seeing some of those as well. Sigh :-).
The flower I like best at the moment is the peony. They are gorgeous. But I like other flowers as well. Thanks for the chance of winning a place in
the online class!

Far and away, ranunculus.
Lilacs are my favorite scented flower. But I really do like all flowers...very hard to choose!
Pansies are my favorite flower. They remind me of warm summer days with my nanna in Georgia. She even has my first watercolors of pansies framed on her wall. I don't even know that I think of her every time I see them. So I'm calling her right now to tell her!
Like many people, I adore all flowers, and it is difficult to choose, but seeing as how you asked so nicely, then I would say the Daisy. Thank you Alisa for the chance to win a spot in your flowers class :-D

What a difficult question when there are so many to choose from! But if I have to pick one, I choose foxglove today. I love the shape, the colour, the name (fox-glove, what's not to love?) and the wonderful pattern inside. One day soon I'll try to create a fabric with that pattern!

But coming from a tropical country my favorite is the "Hibiscus", but now that I moved to Oregon and have had a chance to see the spring flowers I think so far "Daffodils" are my new favorite. It's also an incredibly draw-able flower.
Hi Alisa
