It's not often that it snows here on the Oregon Coast so when we got over 7 inches of snow over the weekend (thats a lot for the coast!) we paused everything so we could soak up the magic!
Today, while I was at work, my cousin stole my iPhone and tested to see if it can survive a 30 foot drop, just Cardsharing Server so she can be a you tube sensation. My iPad is now destroyed and she has 83 views. I know this is completely off topic but I had to share it with someone!
Beautiful pictures! It always amazes me how there can be snow and cold by the ocean! Being from Minnesota, I'm quite tired of it all by February...but it sure is pretty!! Thanks for sharing your fun day!
I've always wanted to be at the Oregon Coast in the winter, but to be there during a snow storm would be amazing!!! It looks gorgeous. I love the idea of surfing in the snow. :)
You answered my question with your last photo as I read this blog post. Did Andy go surfing in the snow? Yes, he did! I love seeing your photos of the snow at the coast. I have gone cross country skiing down to the water at Lake Tahoe but never at the ocean. Glad you spent some time outside to soak it up. Aloha, Kate
Sorry - can't get over the amount of snow - I'm extremely hot and bothered in Cape Town today, thinking of water, lotsa water to go and cool off in. That's where I'm at - snow - just to pretty and to much to get the senses going.
