I love to visit your blog. It is inspiring and challenges me....like the ball point pen post. Next time I doodle I will be more intentional...fun! Deb@LakeGirlPaints
These colours are so beautiful together. I was always told as a child you should never have pink and orange together and yet to my eyes now they make a beautiful combination.
I can't believe it! How were you able to tune in to our family Mother's Day activity - peonies included. As I was admiring the peony centerpiece, I commented that I'd love to paint it. My daughter smiled and I knew why later when my gift was a new wc journal and special brush. Everyone else decided they wanted to paint too so there were three generations of us around the table, each working on his/her painting. So much fun!
So inspirational! I really enjoy your blog posts, your beautiful creativity, all that you share of your creativity. You definitely spur me on to "get with it" and create something. These colors are so beautiful together, and I love the flowers.
Always beautiful! Can I ask you what watercolor paints you use? I've noticed your white pallet with the cover in other blog posts too. Did it come with the paints or did you add them? Thank you for the visual delight!
I just did a watercolor palette for the peonies at our farm! First time I've done that. I'm sure the inspiration was partly as a result of your sketch class. It took a long time to match the unique pink/purple. The colors right now are intoxicating.
Beautiful post, Alisa! Love the colors! I just took my first visit to the Oregon coast to see my childhood friend in Coos Bay. It's just so beautiful and inspirational on the coast. It was nice to finally see in person after falling in love with the coast on your blog. Thanks for sharing!
Beautiful colours, beautiful sketches x
