ReplyDeleteI am quite fond of mixed media paper. I can use it for almost anything, and don't have to worry if I want to use watercolors and pastels, or markers and acrylics. I also have a long wishlist, largely made because you have shared so many wonderful new-to-me tools!
Happy birthday Alisa!
ReplyDeleteLately, my favorite art supply is a marker which from the outside is just a black marker case.
ReplyDeleteWhen you open it it is a brush marker with regular bristles. The marker casing holds replaceable ink cartridges. I have done many drawings with this brush marker. It holds up still, to a fine point, but also will spread out for more of a dry brush look. I love this thing!
Happy Birthday Alisa! Hope it’s a really beautiful one. My favorite art supply still has to be my watercolours (...and my Lamy pen.)
ReplyDeleteFirst of all, happy birthday! And thank you for having the best giveaways of all! Have a great day!
ReplyDeleteGolden Fluid Acrylics! Right now I'm using them to do Turkish paper marbling.
ReplyDeleteHappy birthday! Anything is my favourite at the moment as the majority of my belongings are in a shipping container on their way to the UK from Australia!
ReplyDeleteI ALWAYS have some kind of Sharpie on my person. Fine, ultra fine, colored...it doesn't matter! I can't tell you how many times I have breathed a sigh of relief when I've reached into my bag when I've needed one knowing it will be there somewhere! Oh, and happy, happy birthday!
ReplyDeleteFavorite art supply is GESSO!!!!!!!!!!! What did I ever do without it?

One thing that doesn’t change is my little wooden drafting table.ive had it 30 years, its adjustable, messy, and most of my creativity happens at that table. If that’s not considered an art supply then today my favorite is Sharpies new art pens, they don’t bleed through paper and will go over paint!
