There is nothing that brings me greater joy than transforming something old into something new. Recently I snagged an old beat up surf board from my husband Andy and transformed it into art for our living room wall. Never underestimate the power of a little paint and creativity!
a GREAT LOOK!
ReplyDeleteI have always wanted to do this = )
Good morning Alisa!
ReplyDeleteDid you spray paint the board?? We spend a great deal of time at the Jersey shore during the summer and I've always wanted to pick up a used board to spruce up and mount on our living room wall. It will be a reminder that the brutal Northeast winters will come to an end and we'll be at the beach again!!!!
Cool! :)
ReplyDeleteSo fun! My hubs thinks I'm crazy when I start painting random things but he's usually pretty impressed with the end result 😉 my motto: keep painting all the things!
ReplyDeleteI love what you did with it and the way you used it as well. I just bought an old guitar for $2 and I am going to do the same thing to it.
