Beautiful pages! I love how the flowers look so dimensional and really pop off the page. Such a great inspiration to use for experimenting in your sketchbook. I need to pay more attention to those roadside flower stands. They are so charming.
Speaking of charming, Lucy is so adorable. Looks like she's learning technique from you!
The finished product is so amazing BUT BUT BUT your process is even more beautiful and wonderful and amazing! Thanks for sharing all of YOU I love it!!!
GREAT look! I have your book and I am inspired by your art! I am a mixed media artist from PA and I teach too. I will be following your pretty blog. I just started my Art Blog.
Alisa, I love "peeking" into your journal. And, I love the beautiful water color rendition of your photos, which were equally neat!! Out of curiosity of how you do your journal....did you sketch first and then watercolor and then outline in the pen or did you sketch with the pen and then watercolor over it? Just a curious thing I guess. Either way, it's right on beautiful!! Felicia from Georgia
You are so incredibly talented! I hope you won't mind if I make this my deskp photo ? On another note, Love the sweet photographs of your sweet baby and family, thanks for sharing them. I especially like the whim tosical ones! Happy Weekend to you and yours, Elise
Such beautiful work! I love that picture of your daughter in your arms while you work. I am new to your blog. Did you have your business for awhile before becoming a mom? I want to do both but I get intimidated that I might burned out too fast. Any tips? :)
