I have been hard at working putting the finishing touches on my next online class- Sketchbook Delight Part 2! I really can't believe the feedback and amazing amount of participation that Sketchbook Delight has received and after many requests I have put together a sequel full of advanced sketching and drawing techniques, projects, drawing prompts, new concepts and lots of INSPIRATION!
I have found that some people prefer to work along with the five week format when I release the class while others will wait months until they have the time, money and the schedule to register for the class. Either way works- just know that once you are in- there is no deadline or pressure to create.
The class goes live February 1st and tomorrow I will be giving you another preview and will be hosting a giveaway for 3 free spots in the class! So check back tomorrow for a chance to win!
Need to join one of your classes sooner or later!
ReplyDeleteMuch love & have a super, no-stress Monday!

ReplyDeleteIt looks great Alisa :) I love the little peeks into your sketchbook. Im so impressed that you managed to keep art in your life on a daily basis with a tiny baby, I so wanted to but always felt so sleep deprived. I have neglected my sketching need to get back into it!
ReplyDeleteI loved Sketchbook Delight and I really want to take this one too. I love all the inspiration that you give in your classes
ReplyDeleteI can't wait for this class!! Loved the first one, and I actually put a reminder on my calendar a couple of weeks ago so I don't forget to sign up!! :) Love learning from you and am inspired by your determination to create your art while juggling sweet Lucy...I love that you have figured out ways that work for you b/c I have always thought that when I have a little one I would want to find ways to do my creating. :)
ReplyDeleteI am in the midst of the first Sketchbook Delight class, and loving it! These are just the classes I've been looking for, so I'm having a ball with the videos and exercises. I'm so happy to see Part 2 is coming soon. I'm loving the sneak peaks. Thank you for sharing your talent and for inspiring me!
ReplyDeleteI just have to have my daily blog fix every day its a new world opening up for me, got inspired by the stamps and now I`ve actually for the first time bought me some watercolours and a sketchbook on Saturday. The saying about the world is your oyster, cant wait to get inspired.

ReplyDeleteCurrently taking your "Create Daily" class and loving it. I am one who works, and has two 'tweeners. Needless to say, life is very hectic. I love the open door policy; I take my time, and am trying to do a little something for myself every day (though I'm not to good about posting work on Flickr).
ReplyDeleteGreat post, thank for share! I will return this blog to read more useful posts. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteGreat post, I enjoyed ready reading it, Keep posting good stuff like this.

I have taken many (MANY!) workshops over the last few years. Online, in my town, out of state that I have traveled to, etc. and by far (BY FAR!) Alisa's workshops are the best I have ever taken.
ReplyDeleteHer style, her enthusiasm, her love for all that is natural, and her unbelievable talent all combine to create a magical experience and wonderful environment for learning. no pressure. no ridiculous supply lists. just encouragement, inspiration and fun.
I am a textile artist that truly has the desire to expand my artistic endeavors and I am so glad I cam across Alisa's work (I think I first saw it on interest.) I took my first workshop (Ode 2 Nature) and the rest….. is history.
