I had a free day in my teaching schedule so my husband and I spent today exploring Chicago and I have to say...WOW...I think I am in love! What a wonderful city- from the tourist attractions, to the architecture, to the public art, galleries, gardens, fountains, food and more- Chicago totally rocks!
we live in chicago, well, the northern suburban area and love the city too ~ so glad you had a great visit :)

ReplyDeleteI'm just a bit jealous..my Mother was born in Chicago, and I've never even seen it..but she went back after more than 50 years away, and wwas impressed too..get photos, too..thanks for the little trip that I'll probably never make..
