The Wooden Shoe Tulip Festival is located in Woodburn, Oregon.

Ah, familiar view to me! In The Netherlands the tulipfields are coloring too now! But without that lovely girl of you and unfortunately, without nice sunny weather at the moment. Beautiful photos!

Didn't know at all that these flowers also grow in your region.
Only know them from the famous 'Tulpenhof' in The Netherlands,
probably because I am living in Europe.
