The dahlia photos are lovely. And I love your sketches and paintings. They would make beautiful fabric designs. It won't be long she'll be painting with you!
My neighbor is growing lots of dahlias. I've been eying them, waiting for them so I can go take pictures.

Your baby looks like she is studying the paintings. Too cute and your dahlias are amazing!

well I think Lucy is about the cutest thing I've seen since dahlias were first discovered!!

I have a crush on dahlias, Alisa. They are beautiful and wonderful to sketch. Yours are, as always, sublime!

I love it, Lucy is so pensive, studying your artwork!! Wonder what she thinks...." Can't wait until I can do this one day!" So fun...beautiful, inspirational! Wouldn't be the same without Lucy's input!!

Dahlias are such a gorgeous flower! I love how big and full they can. Love the way you captured their colors and shapes and texture with pen and paint. How fun to see the ever-adorable Lucy so enthralled with your artwork!

My love for Dahlias was fostered by my dad, after his passing. He grew the most beautiful tall dahlias in his backyard in England. I only saw them once (the flowers in his backyard) but have been enamored ever since. Your photos and paintings really capture their beauty! Thanks!

I look, and I think, "how cute, she can look through your designs", and then I see her just as interested in the back of the papers as the front....kids, the great equalizer, right? Lovely, just lovely.
